Eric is a homeschool parent with an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He previously served as an advisor and CFO to a multi-campus private school organization. As Head of School, he leads Covenant Prep’s institutional direction, operations, and launch planning.
Chastity Jeff, Ed.S., is an educational strategist who helps leaders design learning models centered on purpose and sustainable strategies. As Principal, she provides academic leadership and supports student progress, instructional quality, and family communication.
Denise is a parent and education leader whose background includes Stanford University and executive work in education, workforce development, funding, and strategic partnerships. At Covenant Prep, she leads community engagement and family outreach.
